Living at Esalen for 1 year in 2000/2001 made me fall in Love with the place and the work. I am a physical therapist, Yoga teacher and did several trainings in Gestalt therapy and coaching, craniosacral courses and many many movement classes. it is not only my knowledge about the human body but also the presence based methods I learned over the years that influence my work and my teaching. I bring my calm presence, my joy and passion for this work into my sessions and the classroom. Esalen is definitely one of my heart-places that I want to bring into the world.
