I’ve lived in different parts of the world – Brazil, Sweden, Canada, and South Africa. These diverse cultures have shaped my personality and taught me to embrace changes, adaptability, and new beginnings. One constant throughout all of this has been the sea and its waves, which have always provided me with stability and guidance.
Today, at 1822 meters above sea level in the Swiss Alps, thanks to Esalen, I’ve rediscovered "my" longed-for sea and am able to integrate its healing energy into my daily life. As an Esalen Practitioner in a medical practice, I help others find balance between body and mind and experience profound transformation.
