It is my goal in each session to hold a space for you to go as deep as you are wanting to go. I draw upon the present moment, my knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, my intuition and my clients specific request, using a variety of tools including deeper sustained pressure, stretching, passive joint movements, pauses, tapping, and full body long strokes to help settle and integrate the nervous system.
I graduated from the Center for Massage & Natural Health in 2022 and completed a 100-hour Esalen massage certification with Robin Fann-Costanzo soon after. I was drawn to massage therapy because it helped me improve my own quality of life, by allowing me to manage chronic muscle pain and heal physical and emotional trauma stored in my body. Having spent time at Esalen Insitute and traveling around the world, studying meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, movement and shamanic healing traditions, I draws upon these experiences for inspiration in my bodywork.
