I am a therapist, yoga teacher and bodyworker (Esalen and Ayurvedic) in private practice living in Puglia, Italy. Currently studying Sanskrit with Dr. Zoe Slatoff, in order to eventually transcribe and read sacred texts, in particular, for my teacher in Trika Shaivism Dr. Mark Dyzckowski. I am certified in: Esalen Massage; Ayuryogic and AyurBalance Massage; Yoga; and Compassionate Inquiry as taught by Dr. Gabor Mate & Sat Dharam Kaur. I am also a Compassionate Inquiry Private Mentor.
