I trained in Esalen Massage in 1999, and its principals have remained the foundation of my bodywork ever since.
Over the past three decades I have continued to deepen my practice through training with internationally renowned teachers, alongside qualifications in sports massage, and further training in Reflexology, Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy, Breath work, Counselling and other somatic approaches.
While my work has evolved into its own style, I continue to be inspired by the teachings of Stanislav Grof and Emilie Conrad's Continuum movement, integrating these influences where appropriate while remaining rooted to the Esalen approach.
I currently practise in Devon and Cornwall and Hampshire, and work in end-of-life palliative care.
