I'm a licensed massage therapist practicing in the Midwest. My foundation for massage began at the East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon where I gained valuable knowledge of body sciences and techniques to address client needs. It was Esalen®️ however that has had the biggest impact on my massage philosophy. It has taught me to slow down, be conscious of my presence, be intentional with each client, and embody this practice in daily living. I gain inspiration by seeing the impact it has on giver and receiver. Because of the transformational influence it has had in my personal journey, I feel highly motivated to continuing learning and sharing this massage approach.
