Paul practices and teaches massage as a journey of personal growth that gives us the opportunity to embody kindness, presence and love, with respectful boundaries, physical dexterity and skillful movement.
After a successful career as an engineer, Paul moved from Greece to California and began his bodywork studies at Esalen in 2010, and currently works as a massage therapist at a boutique Ojai Inn and with his private clientele.
Paul teaches Esalen massage workshops in Greece and California and is a Council facilitator with offerings in RegenWeek ‘24, Mexico and Ojai.
