My name is Sarah, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in New Jersey, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Reiki Master Practitioner, and certified Esalen Massage Practitioner. With a deep commitment to holistic healing, my practice combines a range of therapies to address both the physical and energetic needs of my clients. In addition to my work as a massage therapist, I am under mentorship at an Ayurvedic clinic, where I specialize in Panchakarma therapies and continue to deepen my understanding of Ayurveda. In my Esalen sessions, I offer a comprehensive and integrative approach, blending techniques from Ayurveda, acupressure, and energy work. My background includes extensive training in Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Craniosacral Therapy, which I incorporate into each session to promote balance, relaxation, and a deeper connection to the body’s natural healing processes. My goal is to support each client’s unique journey towards wellness, whether through physical massage, energy healing, or a combination of both.
