I am deeply moved and fascinated by the way your body, mind, and nature are interconnected – and how you can consciously nurture this connection in your daily life. Since September 2025, I have been a certified Esalen Practitioner and have also completed trainings in Classical Massage and Yin Yoga. Various workshops in the field of bodywork have further enriched my practice. I am currently deepening my knowledge through advanced training in trauma-sensitive bodywork and Thai Yoga Massage, which allows me to offer a holistic and healing approach.
