I am deeply moved and fascinated by the connection between body, mind and nature and by how we can consciously nurture this connection in our everyday lives. Since September 2025, I have been a certified Esalen Practitioner and have also completed trainings in Classical Massage and Yin Yoga. Various workshops in the field of bodywork have further enriched my practice.
I am currently deepening my knowledge through advanced trainings in trauma-sensitive bodywork and Thai Yoga Massage, enabling me to offer a holistic and healing approach.
In my sessions, I invite you to rediscover your mind–body connection and to find a quiet, nourishing space within yourself. Through mindful guidance and embodied practices, I support you in experiencing calm, balance, and wellbeing amidst the busyness of everyday life.
