Perry has lived and taught at Esalen Since 1979. He developed the first Esalen Massage Teacher Training in Europe in 2009, and the first at Esalen in 2018.

Trained as a Physical Therapist in 1973 in Germany, I found my calling as a Practitioner and Teacher of Esalen Massage in 1985. Since then I lived and worked at the Esalen Institute , had my own Bodywork School in Buenos Aires and now I am back living in Germany, teaching Esalen Certifications in Switzerland, Spain, Germany and Argentina

Xavier Gil is a teacher and practitioner of Esalen. Originally from Galicia (Spain) and a resident of Barcelona. He has a degree in psychology from the University of Barcelona. Since 2011 he has his own school of massage and healing arts. He practices yoga, dance, meditation and tries to lead a healthy life. His main motivation is to contribute to make this earth a better place to live.
