Esalen® Massage Intro

Esalen® massage is a non-sequential massage that flows spontaneously based on the feelings and experiences of both parties at the moment. This improvisational flow is not random, it listens to, interweaves, and dances with the internal order of the organism. Such flow and creation (for both the giver and the receiver) are intended to support the organism to become a "full human".

In the introductory course, the course will revolve around the following clues:

1. Rooting back to oneself and fluidity and wholeness

2. Reviving basic senses - Returning to subtle feelings - Fluidity of inner creativity - Certainty of stable implementation

3. Rediscovering the connection with self and others, inner and outer relationships
