Refresher Esalen Massage: Side position massage

In this Esalen Massage Refresher day course we repeat the positioning of the client in the lateral position, the Long Strokes as well as some detailed techniques on the neck, shoulders, hips and feet.

Massage in the lateral position is a creative addition to the already existing techniques in the prone and supine position. It is suitable for people who can no longer lie on their stomach, such as pregnant women from the 2nd trimester, people with lower back complaints, stoma carriers, etc.

Course hours: 9:30 to 17:30, 1 hour lunch break

Number of teaching hours: 7 h. Recognized as continuing education for ASCA / EMR.

There are various accommodation options in Langenthal, such as the BnB Hopfengrün, or various hotels.

Bring along: Note material, 2 sheets, a large and a small towel, neutral massage oil, picnic and snacks. A kettle is provided, please bring everything else including cutlery and cups, tea or coffee. Massage tables are on site.

Cost: Fr. 170.-

Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free of charge until 2 weeks before the course day. After that you have to pay Fr. 80.- in case of cancellation.  This also applies in case of illness. If a substitute participant can be found, your share will be waived.
