An introduction to the techniques and philosophy of Esalen Massage for working massage therapists. We will be offering tools that are easily incorporated into the therapists' current skill set and focusing on how to apply them throughout a full body session - From opening contact to the final strokes. There will be ample time for hands on practice and it's a great opportunity to get to know other CMTs in the area. All the supplies and the class room space are provided by Healing Home in Carmel. A great class for therapists interested in attending an Esalen certification course.

Ben has been studying, practicing, assisting and teaching Esalen massage for over a decade. He currently owns and manages Healing Home Wellness in Carmel, CA. with his wife Seema Christie. He is also a certified Deep Bodywork and an advanced Hawaiian Lomi-lomi practitioner.

Seema Christie

Seema christie is a Holistic Healing practitioner based in Big Sur, California. She is an Esalen certified massage therapist, Esalen massage teacher, trained in Spiritual massage- as taught by Maria Lucia Sauer, Reiki- master and yoga teacher- she believes in transmitting safe loving meaningful touch. She combines Esalen massage with her energy work .
