Introductory Workshop to Esalen® Massage, 12 hours

We invite you to this two-day session to rediscover our most organic sense: and touch, and to integrate the fluidity of long movements… Our goal is for you to take away the foundations of this technique , which are: presence, warmth of touch, body awareness and listening, all through your own life experience when sharing with the group. Bodywork is fundamental to the growth of our human potential. And if we add to that bodywork the fundamentals of a technique as profound as California massage, the result will be transformative.
