Specialized Esalen® Massage Techniques for the Practitioner - Focus on the Core

Exploring the history, philosophy, and techniques of Esalen® massage. Some bodywork experience is preferred, but not needed. Our focus will be on Depth, Body Mechanics, Quality of Touch, and the Esalen® Long Stroke, with detailed work for the core of the body. This is a two-day workshop - you must sign up for both days.
